Echoes of New Orleans

Echoes is a weekend only, all-age drum and bugle corps comprised of alumni from the area sponsored by The Greater New Orleans Drum Corps Association. We are a non profit organization whos’ sole purpose is to preserve and build on the great tradition of the Drum and Bugle Corps activity appropriately representing the greater New Orleans area, Louisiana, America and the Drum and Bugle Corps activity worldwide. Our commitment is to put on a quality performance that challenges the membership and entertains the audience. But we do not want to lose sight of our primary reason, for members to enjoy the activity and have fun.

Most member have some prior musical experience performing with a high school or college marching band, a junior or senior drum and bugle corps, winter guard, dance troupe or other ensemble. .

For those who like to work behind the scenes, additions to our support staff are always welcome. A strong desire to be part of the GNODCA family is the willingness to work and have fun. As many members bring their families to rehearsals and performances, social activities in DCA corps also encourages full family participation.

We're interested in what you want to share with the Association. Every person is unique, and brings a different set of hopes and experiences with them to the corps, and it is this difference that makes the corps a family.
